Proudly supporting our local horse community since 2008, I’ve been providing reliable, high-quality farrier services for over 16 years. I specialize in corrective and therapeutic shoeing, and offer a full range of services including hot shoeing, barefoot trimming, and routine maintenance for horses of all types.

Before becoming a farrier, I was an active competitor in local hunter/jumper circuits, giving me a strong understanding of rider expectations and the performance demands placed on sport horses. That experience, paired with years of practical farrier work, allows me to approach each horse with a well-rounded, informed perspective.

I’m a certified farrier, a graduate of Heartland Horseshoeing School in 2008 and completed an apprenticeship with Ben Yager, CJF. I stay current in my trade through ongoing education, farrier competitions and clinics. I also help educate the next generation of equine professionals by mentoring apprentice farriers, supporting veterinary students in their learnings and giving lectures on special topics in hoof care.  I am a member of both the Western Canadian Farriers Association (WCFA) and the American Farrier’s Association (AFA).

Known for my patience and horsemanship, I have worked successfully with abused, nervous, and hard-to-shoe horses, always striving to make each experience as calm, safe, and as positive as possible.
